Services that manage markers (transformUnits/StageAdjust) links to videoFeeds.

Notes

markers in supVid store only configs
each time an adjustment/transformation is performed no record is made in supVid
when eg creating a history of a unit requests are made to SupplyChain to find adjustments/transformations
can specify handling (eg slow-mo) according to transformConfigId/stageAdjustmentId so no tags/attributeTree needed in supVid markers
if user changes videoFeedId all markers into history will reference the new videoFeedId, if that is not desired the user should create a new transform/stageAdjust rather than changing videoFeedId
