Overview

To create a marketplace that is effectively governed and eventually owned by the community that buy and sell there, this is the primary philosophy of the project, other concepts have been developed to support this goal and may change according to the wishes of the community.

Features, strategies for growth, support for members and other governing decisions will be decided using Direct Democracy methods to protect against minority groups gaining undue control.

How to list, how to handle orders, etc.

Resourses for Buyers

Terms of sale, how to purchase, settle disputes, etc.

Regulation of behavior

Sortition (random juries) can be called upon by any member to regulate the behavior or settle disputes with any other member for any reason (including abuse of the sortition system itself).

Levels of sortition juries can be implemented, perhaps with penalties if the decision goes against the initiator, if lower level decisions wished to be challenged.

Transparency

To enable effective communal oversight a high level of Transparency will be employed throughout the marketplace.
